I recently adopted a rescue dog from the Humane Society. He’s a 6 1/5 year old Terrier/Pitt mix, smart, but stubborn! I’m in a rural area with lots of land, but no physical fence. I purchased a DOGOITM electric dog fence collar to train him to stay within my boundaries.First the GPS reception is outstanding; the collar receives up to 15 satellites! I’m a retired licensed drone pilot and always worried about GPS reception to assure my drone didn’t escape and fly away – no problem with this collar. The programming and setup are relatively simple and my dog is adapting nicely.I set up an 85 foot radius, so he has plenty of room to wonder and do his “thing.†Early on, he’s cautious about approaching the warning flags placed in a 75 foot radius and had a couple light corrections from the collar when he exceeded the limit. This is day four of the training and he’s pretty respectful of the warning flags. I’ll increase the radius in a few days to give him a little more room to run and play. Lastly, the battery life has been very good; I remove the collar and shut it off when he’s in the house. Looking forward to the summer months when we spend a lot of time in the yard and can watch him run and play without worrying about him taking off.Mike

Did not shock the dog when he was out of range. Would not waste the money on it. Collar broke soon after trying it.

I have purchased a few other budget collar options and this one has a much easier setup design than the rest

This collar works wonderfully to keep your dog safely within your determined boundaries. We have a large area to allow our dog to play and run, but this collar allows us to create a large perimeter without worry that he will run too far. Easy to set up, easy to charge and the battery lasts much longer than other collars I have used. We have ours set to allow about 7 acres of roaming, which keeps our dog out of the neighbor's yard and off the local roads. HIGHLY recommended if you need an easy to set up boundary and don't want to bury any wires or build expensive and ugly chain link fences. Buy it now!

This collar does what other devices can't - provides a larger space for your dog to run at a reasonable price. Our Border Collie loves it! Easy to set up and durable.

Fence works well. GPSIs not hindered by trees. Had some questions about materials included in the kit. I received an answer very quickly.

We purchased this collar to keep our dog from going to our neighbors. (We live on an acreage). It works really well & keeps our border collie safely away from the neighbors animals. This collar was easy to set up with clear instructions. The screen display is clear and easy to use and read. It has a memory function which is very nice so you don't have to reset the center point every time you turn it back on(like our old one). You can adjust the levels of sound, vibrate and shock. The battery life is great, much longer than the last one i had. I highly recommend this product! . Much better than having to tie up a dog & gives them freedom with a boundary. Definately would buy again!

This collar is extremely easy to use, very accurate! No problem picking up the satellites under tree coverage. Good battery life - easy to recharge. Very functional with respect to programming and creating the boundaries. Excellent quality and value for your money!!

I found this collar very easy to set up and get a perimeter set up. I found the distance that I set was fairly accurate. I like that it has quick reposition to centre option which makes this a super versatile collar for travel and camping. I can reset the area quickly and walk the perimeter with my dog and he will recall the area based on the collar warnings and the flags we installed at the perimeter edge.It’s so nice to not have to track down my dog anymore if he manages to slip away while visiting family on a farm. I’m very impressed with this collar overall. It also has a few extra perks with the different size prongs to customize fit for your dog, a tester tool and the adjustable collar has a bit of a reflective pattern sewn on to it. Very happy with this purchase.

We've used GPS dog collars for quite a few years now, and really like their ease of use.Positives: long battery life-the collar's ability to lock in a fixed point, is very useful. This feature makes this collar very convenient to use.-the display screen is bright and clear and easy to read- the collar aquires satellites very quickly- the boundary settings are accurate, and defined.I think so far the only negative about this collar is the swimming/water rating...this rating falls short of the picture of the dog swimming. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star rating.Our dog swims on our property and needs a completely submersible boundary collar.

It has a memory function which is very handy so you don't have to reset the centre point every time you turn it back on. You can adjust the levels of sound, vibrate and shock to your preference. The battery life is excellent, much longer than the older version. I highly recommend this product! I am impressed with how far you can set the perimeter to, unlike many other collars out there. So glad we found this one!
