1. The materials ready for grinding must be dry.
2. Recommend grinding capacity one time：the material you gonna to grind one time must cover the long blade in the middle and no more than 2/3 of the tank.
3. Recommend use time: no more than 3 minutes. It takes 5-10 minutes to rest after every 3 minutes of work.
4. Please do not turn on the machine when the top cover is open.
5. Please change the barbon brush and blade afer long time use.
6. Please check the screws of the blade.
7. CANNOT be cleaned with water directly. You can clean up the remaining powder inside the jar with a cleaning brush and then wipe the inside of jar with a dry cloth.
8. To remove the blades, Use a screwdriver to hold down the middle screw, and Drive the wrench or sleeve counter-clockwise to loosen the locknut on the blade
9. Sometimes the grinder machine is not working,such as bad smell or smoke. Please don't worry and cut off the power. Check whether the CARBON BRUSHES are loosing ans Please Tighten the carbon brushes on both sides or Reducing the amount of grinding powder then try to start the grinder.
10. The working principle is to crush the material into powder by the high speed rotation of the blades. The whole process takes place in an enclosed grinding chamber, which generates heat and causes the machine to heat up. Therefore, it is normal for the grinder to be slightly heated.
11. When it starts up, please shut off the power supply immediately if the blade is stuck by the smashing materials and the motor does not run (buzzing noise occurs) to avoid burning the motor, and then remove the blocks, check the fuse and restart the machine.

This thing will take any dry food you have and turn it into dust! This is heavy duty machinery. It has a locking lid, which should be adjusted when you recieve as it will emit some dust if not tight. I have ground wheat and raw buckwheat grouts....and the machine basically laughed at them. They became dust. This machine is super solid and greatly exceeded my expectations. Totally worth the cash.

I got this to grind rice into flour, but after rinsing the inside after 2 uses and drying with a towel, the nails on the inside have started to rust. Extremely difficult to clean. If you are only using this for one type of food and don’t need it absolutely cleaned, then maybe this will work for you, but honestly a blender/food processor works just as good for me, doesn’t rust, and is much easier to clean.

When unpacked the grinder, the food grinder cup interior and the electric cord had a strong toxic smell, seems like of a machine oil. Washed the smell away from the cup, using soap.It took several washes, trying different detergents, to wash the smell way from the electric cord.
