I used my last one for 33 years. It finally got a little damage, so I ordered a new graniteware roasting pan, lid, and a rack that fits perfectly. They are beautiful and cook better than any of the new kinds (like stainless steel). The graniteware is non-stick so it's easy to clean, and its color cooks the best turkey ever. It is also able to cook the largest turkeys. It was a surprise that it also came with a basting brush and a baster. My set was delivered quickly and with no damage.

I purchased this enameled steel roasting pan for oven roasting meats & vegetables. It's very good quality, is sturdy, and can withstand higher oven temperatures. It's 15x15x 5-inches in size, so will easily accommodate a 10 pound roast or smaller turkey. The lid is 5-inches tall, fits well and doesn't wobble. The speckled white enamel is pretty and easy to clean.

A beautiful and functional set! I needed a quality roaster with lid that could replace my tremendously heavy cast iron Dutch oven. The weight of this Granite-Wear roaster is perfect. I needed a set that could withstand very high temperatures when baking sourdough bread. And it has that vintage look I treasure. I will update my review should the coming months bring any changes to my 5 star review. I did much research on enamel pans for high temperature baking. They can easily run $75 and much higher. This roaster was far less in cost but still had the Granite-Wear name and reputation. It was packaged well and came without any dents or damage.

The lid does not fit the pan making it difficult to move the pan without the lid falling off or onto the pan. The lid appears to be a slightly different shape than where it rests on the pan, so it doesn’t sit in place at all. Unfortunately we purchased the pan for a specific need and did not notice this defect until putting it to use, otherwise we would return it immediately. Do not waste your money on this product.

The lid had a wonky fit, it didn't seal right. I need to return.

Was very disappointed with the lid not fitting. After some investigation I found the lip on the outer edge was not formed properly. This makes it too big for the pan. No quality control?

I was looking to free up the oven and cook the Thanksgiving turkey on the gas grill. I found this and read some reviews, then I purchased the pan. I have the smallest Weber gas grill, when I put the roasting pan with the cover on, on the grill, I could not close the grill cover completely, the cover was open three or four inches. I was concerned about that. It turned out to be a non-issue. I cooked a 16lb+ bird and put some broth and butter in the roasting pan and on the bird. I cooked the turkey three hours and the average temperature outside was in the low to mid 40's. In my opinion the bird came out fantastic, the meat literally fell off the bone and we ate all the leftovers over the next few days along with our two dogs. My wife thought I could have cooked the bird a little less time, she thought it was a little dry. I think she is just jealous that it came out fantastic.
