These are holding up really well after a number of trims on two of my horses fetlocks. They are long and pointy so I am careful using them but they work great!

These are very nice sheer for the money. I had been buying a $45 pair and that company no longer offered them so I was forced to try something else these look cheap but they also had the type of Blade that I'm used to using and are easily sharpened on a stone. My two complaints is the hook that keeps the blade together when you aren't using it it does not lock up so it's constantly hooking into the wall you'd almost have to tape it shut while you're using them the other complaint is you're going to need grip tape because if your hands get sweaty or you get lanolin from the wall on it they get slick in your hands slide up the Clippers so grip tape on the handles is a must otherwise they stay very sharp I've been able to do several sheep and not had to sharpen them yet they do have the type of Blade that can be sharpened easily on a stone they're a good size and they don't have a very pointed in meaning you aren't going to accidentally clip your animal with the tips which is something that the other cheaper brand offered on Amazon does have and I did buy one of each to see which one I like better the very sharp tips yes they'll go into the wall and break and added wool but you also are more likely to clip your animal so I do prefer this set even though it doesn't shove into a matted place as well I'm good with that I'm I'm not tearing my animal up while I'm clipping and the blades aren't tremendously long so they're very manageable and tight areas are on matted places and armpits and things like that I would definitely buy these again they're my new go to. I do share approximately 100 had a year so these Clippers are very well used

These work way better than the ones that open sideways. long and sharp. I honestly like these better than electric shearers since the electric shearers scare the sheep but the sheep are chill with these

I have 3 sheep that are pets. I was going to shear them as I always do in spring but my electric shear went dull on me. Time passed quickly and it was now mid June and we had a heat wave. I was desperate to get these sheep sheared so they have some relief. I ended up getting these for the price and turns out they do cut wool very well.I will say however that the electric shears are just better overall it takes less time, less stress on the animal, and you get a more uniform end result. I will caution you though that the tip is extremely sharp I grazed myself accidentally on my knee.I will hold onto these as backup and incase the grid goes down and I can’t use the electric ones anymore.

As the title says, these are insanely sharp and well made. How do I know they're so sharp? Let's just say 5 stitches later and a very patient sheep taught us all a very valuable lesson. Also, no issues whatsoever cutting wool.... just be VERY careful with the skin because before you know it there may be a 3 inch laceration y'all will need to sew up....

These will cut through anything, and they're very sharp. You could use them to cut pennies, or even as home defence in a pinch. Plus, they look cool.10/10 - Cut and stabbed myself several times so far - Would buy again.

Light weight, sharp, a spring that aids in opening, but a bit too pointy and narrow for using on my sheep. I’m comfortable with other shears. But these work great for gardening.

Je l'utilise pour mon bouvier des Flandres et mes moutons. Certes il faut être prudent et bien l'utiliser sans tirer la peau et en suivant à l'horizontal, suivant la morphologie de l'animal. Il est très pointu et bien coupant; très efficace, comme je le souhaitais. Je l'adore. En prime celui de couleur bleu est facilement retrouvable (et joli).

We like these shears for trimming our cows' tails. They work well.
