I needed a planter that was 4†deep for the top shelf of my ladder unit. So far the water drains into the base really well and the cats have left the plants alone.

Nice pot, great for wicking watering method. The base is attached, Not locked on. Pick it up by the base, no problem. I found it to be good quality, not flimsy. It's a small pot and I didn't want it bulky as it needed to sit on less than 3" window. Walls are thinner but that's needed and pot doesn't move when handling. $12 seems a bit pricey to me. $8 seems more than fair, reason for 4 stars. Didn't have much to choose from and this was exactly what I needed so ordered and am happy with it.

I needed this for some succulents I needed to plant in a pot and this was the perfect size for 8 small plants.

This planter was perfect for the two succulents that I wanted to have on my windowsill. It drains very well, is lightweight but sturdy and attractive. I would buy this again.

It's really great for a beginner. Fits well on my window ledge so my plants get lots of sunlight from inside. Love the bottom water tray too. Plan on buying many more!
