Perfect for saving/storing beef tallow! I keep this in my refrigerator and use it in stir fry when I want to add nice beef flavor. I just use it like butter in the pan and it works great! I just scrape off the top the amount I need with a warmed spoon. So much better and healthier alternative to using seed oils, hydrogenated oils and lard. Much more flavorful too! this comes with the filter, so it keeps the tallow clear of any debris, I always have clear, clean beef tallow handy and ready to use. Also helps save money by not having to buy unhealthy fats and oils.

I love the size of this grease caddy. It was not too large but large enough. The strainer is great and my grease don’t have left over crumbs. I will buy one for the cooks in my family.

Lo compré para regalar, para una tÃa. Lo abrimos y era más grande de lo que imaginaba, trae un plato para soporte, el contenedor, su colador para que no se vayan sólidos, y tapa. Es ligero, de buena capaidad, y está bonito. Nos gustó mucho.
