After weeks of watching my daughter struggling in her zoom dance classes on our living room floor I gave in and bought a Marley dance floor. I was hesitant to spend the money on something that would only be used for a short time but seeing as a return to the dance studio does not seem to be happening anytime soon in our area I think that it turned out to be a good investment. It's easy to roll out and back up again and she has been much more engaged in her classes now that she can move better. She uses it for ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary and for leaps & turns. Strongly recommend for anyone who has a dancer who needs to practice at home!

Perfectly good quality flooring. but it could help to be a bit wider on the same roll. That being said, it is a very heavy roll in general, so maybe that would have been too much for us to manage. (My daughter is in daily Zoom dance classes, but she puts down and takes up the floor each day to keep her room neat and usable for other things).

Awesome dance floor for home use! Our Granddaughter is a competitive dancer and during COVID-19 was just having such a hard time not being able to dance. Then her dance studio started the Zoom classes which is great but the room she was using had a cement floor so we ordered the mats for it and still had a hard time with her turns so ordered this Marley floor and tape. It was delivered yesterday she installed it herself and it came with tape so we have a lot of tape now. She danced and danced and danced so much yesterday, she slept so hard last night lol. This Marley floor was worth every penny! I could continue to do ballet in my kitchen during COVID! Unknowingly, the Marley also protected my hardwood floor from a recent ceiling leak in my living room!

As a training dancer I need to get in as much practice as I can so this floor was incredibly useful for me. It comes in a neatly rolled up box and can be easily unfolded and taped down. It’s very helpful for keeping marks from point shoes, tap shoes, etc. off nice floors. I haven’t noticed any black residue on my feet or shoes as some Marley floors can leave which is a nice bonus. Overall, I’m very happy with this product and I hope I can use it for many years to come. Julianna 13

Very nice product. I bought two pieces. I use it almost every day.The only thing is one piece is one inch bigger than the others.

Works great on top of a hardwood floor. It does not shift during use so we did not need to tape the edges. This is thinner than what you will find in a dance studio but just as functional for ballet, jazz, and pointe.

So much bigger than I perceived! I recommend putting an absorbent foam mat underneath, I have textured wood floor and it does get caught on the rivets sometimes but was easily fixed!
