Got the small size to fit ~1/4-inch netting support poles. The clamps that came with the poles were junk. These are great. They hold very tight, open and close easily and are perfectly sized for a small pole. The plastic is thick, and the springs are strong, so I think they will last a while. They are plastic, so will likely eventually become brittle after some years. I will not complain if they eventually fail or if the springs rust. These work great, are at a good price, and nothing else I could find works as well.6-week update: Been using these outside to hold my frost blanket in place. They have been exposed to all weather conditions. There is no rust on the springs, and they are working great. Very satisfied.

Solid, sturdy clips for plant cover over hoops. These clips are really great. The ones that came with my hoops were too small to allow the plant cover to be clipped to the hoop. These clips were easy to attach, held the cover and didn't give through sleet and snow. Definitely worth the value. I bought the .32-.45 size as my hoops are on the thin size.

I have now purchased 3 sets and highly recommend for garden use. The clips are strong and secure, easy to use, and grip tightly. I'm using them with frost cover on diy 1/2 pvc hoops and they are the only product I've tried that actually work. Not crazy about the bright green, but at least they're easy to find if you drop one!

I love these clips. They are easier for me to get on and off compared to the ones that just pop on. They also hold up better. I first acquired these with a set of hoops I bought. After another set of hoops had the other type that didn't last I came back to order these.

These worked well to secure insect netting to a thin wire hoop structure I made for over my brassicas. They are mostly hidden in the picture as I secured the netting at soil level mostly and used one at the top on each end. They are just what I needed! I gave a 4 as I’m not sure how the plastic will stand up but it appears good.
