I purchased a full set of GreenPan Valencia Pro cookware a year ago, some individual items and a large set. The large set arrived in a box packed intricately, and I found only a couple insignificant chips to the coating from transit. After using the cookware for a year, I would say I’m mostly satisfied. Its nonstick characteristics are holding up well, and it doesn’t seem to suffer from regular dishwasher cleanings using Cascade Platinum. Often the pan can be sprayed with water, wiped dry and stored without any detergent. The bottoms are slightly prone to minor rust if they stay wet, but that hasn’t been a problem for me. The nonstick is very good, and I’m hoping the chemically inert properties are accurately represented as ditching Teflon-coated cookware was the paramount reason for buying these. The exterior coating is also very durable. The thickness of the pans is just enough to be satisfactory. Their light weight and durability allow me to use them when car camping.I find the slightly concave bottoms are not ideal for a solid surface cooktop since there is reduced heat transfer, but it isn’t a showstopper. On an induction stove, it seems as though the ferrous portion doesn’t quite fully span the bottom on some pans so they don’t heat as fully or evenly as they might otherwise. The most satisfactory heat source for these pans is a gas flame. The rough texture on the bottoms is helpful preventing the pans slipping around on tabletop canister stoves, which I appreciate.Another issue is with the lids. They let steam/condensation escape through the seam between the glass and the stainless-steel surround rim which causes water to pool on the lid and eventually dribble onto whatever cooktop you are using even when just simmering. You learn to lift the lid above the pan so it can drip all this water into the pan. And the handles get very hot fairly quickly, so you have to use a hot pad.Overall, I’m happy with this GreenPan Valencia Pro cookware and for the money, I’d buy it again and recommend it.

It works really well! It is large enough for stews and small enough to move easily.

If you need a stock pot, this is great for that. If you need to cook a meal in a pot, this is great for that. If you need to cook, you will like this pot.It distributes the heat evenly so no burnt areas. Good size for my family of 4 with a few guests. The most interesting thing is that this pot practically sheds the food remnants. I run a bit of water over it to get rid of the chunks before putting it in the dishwater. The dishwater takes care of the rest without scrubbing or soaking.Highly recommend.

I really love this pot. It’s a bit expensive but I wish I would have bought it sooner. I love green pan anything but this Valencia pro takes it up a notch and does such a great job when I’m making chili or stuffed cabbage or soup or anything. Nothing burns and super easy clean up. Love it!!

Induction is less common so we took our time finding the correct product. We purchased this along with an 11 piece set. Best part: both large pots and more can use the same lid!High quality materials and craftsmanship for real. We hope these last many years and reading reviews has been a crucial part of our decision to get the GreenPan brand.

I was looking for a large stockpot for cooking pasta and sauces, this one handles extra large batches. Nothing has stuck to the pot the 5-6 times I've used it. Tough pot, extra large size, and (most importantly) easy to clean. I'm loving this!

I bought the whole set in addition to this stock pot. The rims are scratched after 6 months of use (even with the pot protectors and silicone or wood utensils) and you cannot pour anything out of the pots and pans without it running all along the outside.
