My original parts from charboiler burnt up and were completely useless. These new parts seem very sturdy and worked perfectly!

I took out the old pieces and installed the new pieces within about 10 minutes. I took about an hour to finish the job because I cleaned my grill while I had it apart. I'm concerned about the quality of the cross pieces which channel the propane between the burners. The pictures above are after a 30 second test fire. They practically melted and began to sag before the 30 seconds was up. I'm not too sure how they are going to hold up when I actually grill something. That's the reason I had to get this new set to begin with; the old channels had fallen apart, but that was after about 10 years of constant use. I'll update when I've put this through its paces and maybe give it a little higher score. Also, be careful when unpacking and working with the flame guards (the tents on top of the burners). I cut myself pretty good on one of them. Had no idea they would be that sharp, and really don't know why they would be.

There is no need to go any longer with non-working grill parts. This kit has everything you need to completely over haul the inside of your grill and make it new again. The price can't be beat. My local hardware store wanted almost double this for just the burner covers. This kit has it ALL!. As long as you measure and make sure you order the correct product for your grill there is the way to go every season.
