I bought one of those buildable green egg tables and heard I needed some airflow. This stand is sturdier than the table it sits on which is saying a lot since that table is rated for 300 lbs. Easy assembly. Only confusing part is they added a nut with a serrated flange to a stack up with a lock washer. Options maybe?

Works perfect on a new granite outdoor kitchen build. Yeah yeah, supposed to void warranty etc. I have the new style rings/handle. No movement at all. Not sure how the old hinge work with it.

The stand was simple to assemble and holds my Green Egg an acceptable distance off of the granite table top.

I built a table for my large Big Green Egg table, and bought this to hold the base up a little so the heat wouldn't damage the table. Works and fits fine.
