I was impressed with the grillbot. It does a nice job of cleaning the grill. Unfortunately, after several uses it stopped working. I contacvted the company. They were very responsive and got back to me immediately. We tried a new battery which was only partially successful. At that point they decided to send me a new unit. I would recommend the grillbot - nice product with great customer service.

It gets the job done. Doesn’t clean grid underside. If anything is left you can use your brush.

If you expect the Grillbot to remove all the residue from your grill grates, think again! I ran my new Grillbot through FOUR 30-minute cycles on my propane-powered grill. While I noticed a somewhat cleaner set of grates, I actually expected more. My advice is to start with grates that have been heavily cleaned before using the Grillbot.Also, be aware that the nylon brushes will need several cycles through your dishwasher to get them partially clean, but not thoroughly so.I do recommend the Grillbot, but be aware of its limitations -- NO MIRACLES, but a reasonable partial clean.

Bin sehr begeistert von diesem Roboter , wie ein kleiner Käfer, dem nach Drücken "ON" Leben eingehaucht wird. Schnell Deckel drauf und zwischenzeitlich andere Dinge erledigen. Ganz wichtig: Nur für Griller mit Deckel! Sonst springt der Käfer todesmutig vom Griller :) Die Reinigung ist vollkommen in Ordnung!

Purchased as a birthday gift for my husband. I used it twice the first time on our heavily encrusted grill. Amazing clean, brushes are still like new. I love his gift. Lol

Je pensais avoir trouvé la solution au nettoyage fastidieux de ma grille de barbecue et de celles que j'utilise pour faire cuire les différents ingrédients mais voilà , ce robot doit être exclusivement utilisé dans un barbecue rond et fermé!!!Le mien étant rectangulaire et ouvert...Sauf que ce détail ne figure pas sur la description donc je suis obligée de retourner le produit à mes frais!
