I needed another pair of knee warmers and found these, but we nervous as they were pretty inexpensive compared to what I usually buy. I've had these through a couple of seasons and they hold up well, keep my knees warm in upper 30's to 50's and don't slide down. Once the temps are in the 30's and below, I find the rest of my legs that's aren't covered get cold! Their fit charts are good. I really like that these stay put and don't work their way down on longer rides...plus, they don't take up any space in your jersey pockets.

It fits great and stays in place very well and feels nice. It’s just not going to warm your knees like a fleece lined or Sherpa lined coat or gloves, or hunting style hand warmers, but it does help. Perhaps try these with another style or type of knee warmer together. I did, and that combo worked well to keep my knees warm.

I start riding in the mornings when it's about 45 degrees. These cut out the wind and keep my knees from aching. These make a huge difference!

I ride religiously six days a week in the early morning hours. When it’s 40’s or 50’s out, I wear stretch workout pants (like men’s yoga pants) to keep warm at ~20mph. Now that I’ve had my knee replacements, my knees get super cold (think wind chill on metal). At first I was gonna get copper knee braces, but then I looked specifically for bike knee warmers and found these. I didn’t think they’d be that warm because the material is thinner than neoprene, but I was wrong. These cut the wind chill completely, and fit nicely under my workout pants. Couldn’t ask for better performance. They have silicone strips top and bottom to keep them in place like my MTB’ing knee pads. That works well, and after 16-20 mile rides, they’re in the position that I originally put them on. They seem to be cut and made to work best with the natural bent knee position of bike riders. I measured my thighs, and they were 20-21 inches, and a medium fits just right. Ordering a second pair now!

They stay in place. I never need to adjust them as is often the case with my full leg warmers. Knees are warm and protected somewhat from my not uncommon crashes when pushing my single track limits. With long wool socks, very comfortable to the high 40s.

Does the job great and the cold winter days. Can though slide a bit down on the hip if not properly weared or if the bib don't hold it.

Had a new knee fitted last year and when it is cold it stiffens up. I purchased the grip grabs to help with the cold but they also help to support my new knee. Sometimes if I am doing a lot of work in my garden they may slip down slightly but on the whole they stay up no problem. I have recommended to a friend who has a new Knee and is struggling in the cold weather
