As with many of the other 1 star reviews on this faucet head, my experience with the product has been highly disappointing. The selector for spray or full stream fails after about 2 years like clockwork. i've gone through two of these units in less than 4 years...very expensive garbage at $200 a unit on top of the full cost of the faucet.

Ordered a NEW GROHE 46731DC0 Pull Out Spray,... and this is what I got…. Clearly not new. Damaged and rusty. Extremely dissatisfied for the price I paid

I can't believe how cheap and awful this product is. It breaks every 18 months. Buying products from Grohe is like buying a faucet with a $200 annual subscription surcharge. I was about to order this part again but will instead rip out this junk and buy something decent.

The faucet itself is good looking and practical, but the head is a POS.Replacements are >$175 and are needed at 9-12 month intervals. We replaced the head 3 times before figuring out that it's cheaper to just replace the whole device.

Product works great for about 2 years then spray head must be replaced at $250. So expensive faucet.
