Fits Most Teapots!
The CAIRO warmer is 5- 3/4″ (14.5cm) wide on its top. The hole in the center is just over 3″ (7.6cm). So any dish or teapot you place on it must be over 3″ in diameter to fit properly and safely on the warmer.

I've been a hot tea drinker ever since I was a child, and ever since then, the problem of the tea in the pot cooling down to the torpid room temperature has hung over me like a pall. I already have a tea cozy that I very much enjoy, but it's nice to have options. Bought this tea warmer and some beeswax candles to fuel it: and having used it, I can say with utmost confidence I made the right choice on both accounts! The design is aesthetically pleasing, it fits all the teapots I currently use, and it's quite sturdy: I look forward to endless more pots of tea kept warm on this fabulous metal frame!

This is a great teapot warmer! I loved it so much that I ordered another one for my office. Here is what all I love about it:1. It fits teapots of all sizes (my smallest is a 2 cup, to the largest which is 6 cups)2. It is sturdy, and does not chip or scratch and I can use it for all kinds of teapots (ceramic, glass and cast iron)3. The best part is that it has a well to hold the tea light in place, so even if I move the warmer around on the table, the tea light and consequently the hot wax is not disturbed. This is especially useful since I use it in my office and do not want to spill anything.4. The candle well/receptacle is easy to access5. clean up is a breeze, usually I just use a soft moist cloth so wipe it down.6. Lastly, it just plain looks pretty and blends well with most decors!

I purchased this teapot warmer to use with the Tea Beyond 50 ounce Royal teapot. It's a gorgeous warmer, and a perfect fit for that teapot. The raised bumps on the top ring align perfectly with the base of the large teapot.The side and top openings are more than generous enough to insert and light the tealight candle, and the openwork sides allow plenty of airflow to keep the candle from guttering out. The warmer kept my tea warm for hours.It's such a pretty warmer, and it goes with the warm color of my dining room perfectly. I totally recommend this for larger teapots.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I have a clear glass Bodum tea pot that I recently purchased to brew my loose leaf tea. The problem I encounter is that I like my tea really strong so I steep it for longer than most. Of course what ends up happening is my tea goes from soothingly hot to merely warm in the process. I bought this product to combat that and keep my tea hot during the entire steeping process and then afterwards while i slowly sip through the pot.Honestly this is a relatively simple product so the functionality of it really isn't too dependent on any aspect of the design. I choose this purely for aesthetic reasons. The metal is thick enough that I don't have to worry about it getting too bent out of shape during storage. The only reason this gets 4 starts out of 5 is because of something about my particular tea pot and the way it fits on top. My teapot tapers towards the bottom as most do. The teapot warmer has an opening to allow the candle to do it's work and get the heat up to the pot without making the metal of the warmer too hot. The issue I have is the my teapot is still rounded a bit and therefore has to be placed on the warmer just right. Otherwise it might tilt and possibly spill. Not all teapots will have this issue. If there was some sort of grate over the opening, that would make the pot sit on top more securely. I may find something to do that so i can confidently place my teapot on the warmer without fear of a tip or spill. Still overall a great product and i don't regret making the purchase, but my particular teapot isn't 100% secure when placed on the warmer.

I was deciding between this and a glass tea light candle warmer and I'm very pleased I chose this one. I don't think a glass tea warmer would look as nice with a glass teapot (which is what I use) on top. But a glass teapot on top of this looks really beautiful !It's very well made- solid material, superb welding, nicely polished, no sharp edges. And it's unlikely to break like the glass one would.It looks very nice with or without a teapot on it- can be used as a candle holder in its own right, as it casts off very nice shadows created by its pattern.It looks even better with a glass teapot on top as the tea becomes lit up from the inside creating a very nice ambiance for your tea time. In fact, you may not even need another candle- just turn down the lights.I only wish the lateral access "window" was smaller- it's unnecessarily too big for placing/removing tea lights and detracts from an otherwise beautiful piece.

This is an excellent tea pot warmer. It is very sturdy, wide enough for just about any base of tea pot, and doesn't burn the bottom of your tea pot. In the pictures attached, I am using the 6 cup RSVP White Tea Pot. It fit's perfectly on this tea pot warmer.A couple of notes of caution:1. It does get hot. The sides are ok to brush up against, but I wouldn't linger too long. The top gets VERY HOT! So I would put an age limit on your tea party attendees before setting this down in front of a child or someone who shouldn't be around an open flame/hot surface.2. With this specific tea pot, and warmer (not sure if the following is true for other types of tea pots) if you rotate the teapot on the warmer, it will scratch the top of the warmer. Not a huge concern for me, but just something to be mindful of, if the look of this product is important to you.3. The candle that comes with it does not burn the bottom of my tea pots but again, this might be different for different tea pot bottoms, and different types of candles. I would test it out with a few different types of candles/tea pots just to make sure you have a good match. :)
