This is an absolutely a 5 star product for grounding. Super comfortable. Perfect fit and it works as advertised. Anyone leaving other than 5 starts is crying about the effects of grounsing sheets has absolutely zero to do with the product. This is exactly as advertised. PERIOD! if grounding doesnt work for you or doesnt help its not fault of this product. These sheets will ground you period. Wether grounding works for you or not is an entirely another question. Amazon should remove any negative feedback that complains about the effects. Will buy again

This is a magical cushion, I can't believe how great it is!!! I tried it, initially skeptical about the concept of grounding and what it can do, but I was absolutely surprised by how good it feels to sleep on it. The improvement in my sleep quality is incredible!!! My knee has arthritis, and since using the pad, it feels like a new knee without pain or swelling. I can even sit cross over, which I haven't been able to do for many years. I woke up refreshed and full of energy, feeling much better than in my memory! I strongly recommend that you try grounding, this mat is the perfect method because you stay grounded all night while sleeping. It's also easy to put on the bed, just a few minutes. This is a great price compared to others I have already checked. Strongly recommend purchasing!

The first few days of using this, I thought I was feeling more energetic, but testing it longer, I think it may have been a mind placebo effect. It's not to say the sheets are bad, but true lasting effect probably needs to be more observed. Having said that, it does have everything you need, and a very long grounding wire to make it easy to connect it on either side of the bed. Sleeping and construction quality is good, it's not anything crazy like silk bedding or Sheex, but you do get a pretty bang for the buck with this. Will continue to observe and see if grounding sheets really do provide the health benefits that it claims.

This is a mat containing silver wire fiber, and the grounding mat technology is new to me, but after reading a few places about its benefits, I have decided to purchase one. We have noticed an improvement in sleep quality, and my partner snores, which seems to be helpful for my anxiety at night. It also helps with inflammation, but it doesn't happen overnight, but sleep improves quite quickly. We believe that this purchase was successful, especially in terms of money. Note that when purchasing, pay attention to the quality of the product. I believe its value should be above $100 because it is different from ordinary bed sheets.

After reading all the reviews I expected to love these sheets. I was wrong! The sheets fabric is rough and not very comfortable. The pockets aren’t deep enough for my pillow top mattress and they slip off.The cord hooks to the foot of the bed on top of the sheet and my husband’s feet can touch it.And honestly we haven’t noticed a bit of difference in our sleep quality.I’m very disappointed to say the least.
