Works great especially after those long workouts in the morning. I crawl into the bed and recover naturally. Sleep with bare minimum clothes to get skin sheet contact. Also, use non chlorine detergent. Give it time. Softness will come with washing and very durable natural cotton.

Okay, I was skeptical about this grounding sheet. I first purchased a grounding mat, but it was cold and clammy so I sent it back and purchased this sheet. It's actually very soft, and it seems to be working, since I am actually sleeping better. I just washed it for the first time and put it in the dryer on low heat. It comes out wrinkled, but flattens out once it's on the bed. No need for ironing it. I plugged it back in and made sure that it was working with the little tester that comes with it. The sheet has lines of silver running through it, but you can't feel them when you're sleeping on it. But if you touch the tester to one of the lines, it lights up red. The sheet is connected to a ground wire, allowing your body to absorb negatively charged electrons from the earth. Sounds like science fiction, but it might actually be working.Disclaimer: I do not know or have any kind of relationship with the seller or the manufacturer. Got this Grounding Sheet (Twin XL, Gray) for my son’s college dorm, and he already feels the difference! His back pain is reduced, and muscle recovery after workouts is better. The Twin XL fits perfectly, and the material is soft and breathable.Setup was easy, and he sleeps more refreshed every night. If you struggle with sleep, soreness, or circulation, this is worth it! Highly recommend!

This was a really great purchase. I had a grounding "sheet" before but it wasn't a complete fitted sheet. I appreciated how it made me feel and improved my sleep, but it constantly shifted and never stayed in place so it felt like I was spending most of my time wrestling it. I returned it and found this sheet. I have a king size sleep number bed and the fitted sheet more than accommodates my mattress. It's a great fit and the grounding wire is in a much more convenient location on the sheet than my previous one for the same cost. It feels very durable and withstands washing very well and I like that it comes with the pen to test that your outlet is grounded. I am very thankful for this purchase.

So just to clear up a couple things, there's a 2 prong electronic device that comes with this and I was thinking, what is this? That is a sensor to check and verify that your sheet is grounded after setting it up. How do you set this up? Just plug one of the metal attachments to the sheet and insert the single metal male plug into the circular grounded 3 prong outlet. Done. Then use the tester to confirm that your sheet is grounded properly. You may have to press in a few different places, but it should light up to confirm that it's grounded.How does it feel? Feels great. I seem to sleep just fine. I have not noticed if it helps me sleep better or not. Time will tell. There's no instructions that come with this and I was not sure if I should sleep directly on the sheets or if I should have my own sheet covering it. I decided to cover this sheet with my own sheet, based on some online search that it should not affect the effectiveness of this sheet. I may switch to sleeping directly on the sheet to see if it makes a difference. We'll see, but for now, I'm very satisfied. At the very least, I have clean sheets.
