Install:
Step 1: Attach the triangular bracket to the bottom end of the lamp and tighten it.
Step 2: Unfold the triangular stand and place the lamp on the flat surface you need, with the lamp facing the plant.

I overwinter my geraniums and this works well for that. With a small basement room, and a heat bulb, the cycles of this light keep them beautiful, and alive, for next spring.

I only get the afternoon sun in my condominium. This lamp was purchased to help my plants through the winter. It is working beautifully. my Christmas Cactus has bloomed for the first time since I received it as a gift!This light is not obtrusive and too bright.

I have a huge love of tropical aroids that need a lot of sun, but my collection is temporarily housed in a low-light RV. This light has done wonders for them and several look better than they did before the move! The timer function has been a lifesaver, too, because I tend to forget to turn lights on until it's too late in the day.

I have a group of plants in my living room that sit up on an elevated shelf and it's been a challenge for me to get them the proper lighting they need to thrive. Part of the challenge is how high up they sit as that puts them some distance away from the available power connections. This vertical LED light bar solves all of that as it's just the right height to illuminate the "L" shape of the corner and provide full-spectrum lighting with variable brightness settings to suit my needs. The LED panel has a clear plastic screen to help protect the panel and allow for some heat diffusion so it can be placed closer to plants as a result without harming them. The tripod support base can also be adjusted to require less of a footprint although you do have to move each individual leg to get it right if you go that route like I did vs. using them fully extended and locked into place. It's stable and effective and the timer switch gives you 4/8/12/18 hour timer options so you can set it and forget it for daily on/off lighting. The only caveat to that is that it will reset to the factory defaults if it's unplugged or loses power so bear that in mind for the future. I love the compact vertical design and the light brightness at the max setting isn't stare-into-the-sun level of blinding, so it can be placed conveniently in a variety of settings.

Spend a little extra and get better lights if using these for seed starting. One of these is not even good enough for a1/2 tray.
