I have used these tensioners previously and for the cost they work perfectly. But for this order, while I experienced a small problem I have to say that the Customer Support was great! I contacted them with my issue and it was corrected within a day or so. Thank You! Will certainly buy from again.

I like my chains really snug on my tires. These are a great addition to Grizzlar's chains that come with only one integrated tightener. Good price too.Update Nov 2017: Bought these Jan 2017. Used for that winter season and worked fine. While taking chains and these tensioners out of storage for this winter season, the rubber is all cracked when stretching and break when reinstalling. They were stored indoors out of sunlight during spring/summer/fall. Rubber is a low short lived quality. Buying elsewhere for this season using metal spring type for basically same price. Consensus: Rubber is junk. Only last one season. Rating changed from originally 5 to a 2.

These are maybe for a front tire of your average garden tractor. They would not fit the rear tires. The rubber actually snapped when trying to install. It was a waste of $9.00.
