I have a treadmill ad this oil works great to lubricate the belt, but it's also perfect for creating cells within acrylic flow paintings.If you are using it for acrylic painting you simply add 2-4 drops of it to your chosen paint color prior to mixing it with other paints just prior to your pour. Seems to work best when you don't mix it in, but rather just let it sit for a few minutes. More cells will develop as you manipulate the flow on your chosen canvas and as it dries.I've used other silicons (sprays) for this purpose, but the drops of oil seem to work best for me.

I used this on my treadmill and it appears to work as intended. Seems to be the right amount for 1-2 applications. I had to loosen the belt to be able to apply the product underneath. I loosened each side equally to help me re-tighten the belt straight after finishing. Read your directions! A flashlight helped so I could see how much I was using. There is foil under the bottom cap. The top, cone shaped cap should be removed separately to apply the product. I almost cut off the top not realizing that it has two separate threaded parts. duh

With many other pricey bike oils, this was a great and better option. Worked right away and easy to use.

Used for my Schwinn elliptical model 411. Had tried a different silicone to put on the rails and ut was way too thin. This is the one you need. Thick enough to quiet and smooth out your workout with 1 drop per rail/wheel. Will purchase again.

My elliptical was squeaking something awful until I tried this stuff. Just a few drops on the track does the trick!

The wheel and pedals on my exercise bike were squeaking. The first application didn't do much if anything, but the second application did it and the squeaking went away! I did them within about 15 minutes apart and biked in between them.
