I just purchased the "GT-1200 Tennis Ball Machine, Tennis Training Equipment, Intelligent Remote Control Ball Tosser." I am having some problems with it already. The manual does not give enough information in important areas that are needed for working and maintaining the machine. Here are my questions and concerns:1) On the machine, the switch for on and off has 3 positions (up, middle and down). Of the three, 2 of the positions will turn off the lights on the display. Of the 2, how do I know which of the positions is actually off?2) The maintenance says use detergent for cleaning, but don't use water. I know the machine should not be emerged in water or sprayed with a water hose, but how can you use detergent and not remove it for cleaning? So, is the detergent supposed to be left on the machine without any use of any amount of water?3) I had a very difficult time finding batteries for the remote. On the back of the remote it says to use DC 3v. Nobody knows what that is. I have been from one store to another trying to find the battery. I even took it with me for the merchant to see. More precise information is needed as to what battery to use in the remote.4) The manual is not completely clear about how to have the balls go in different directions. I need information on what each arrow on the remote does.5) How close do you need to be from the machine for it to work remotely?6) As I was considering returning the machine, I see a return policy online for this machine that says to return, "Product should not be opened/unsealed or used." How can you know if there is a problem with the machine if you don't open it?7) I know you can use a vacuum cleaner to get the tennis ball hairs out of the machine, but what can be done for those that are stuck to the wheel of the machine? I used a vacuum and a dry towel, but it remains on the machine wheels.I googled "GLOPTIX GT-1200 Tennis Ball Machine " to see if some of my questions could be answered, but was not successful.... even in youtube.I have it in my garage now hoping that it is recharging, but I really don't know!
