The first significant snowfall had me sliding around on our steep driveway trying to wrestle the snowblower uphill with my son pushing me from behind. Luckily the chains came in time for the second storm, which was worse, and the chains turned my sled into a tank. No problem!

Size was somewhat close, fit my older snowthrower. Just dont buy the "official tighteners". I bought cheap 10" bungees and added them each time I used it (when it loosened up). After a few times, it fits great and helps not to spin those tires.

Didn’t fit by a long shot. Cost me 38 dollars to return them. Would not buy again. Customer service insulted me when asking for return and continue attacks on my intelligence regarding questions I asked. Returns are not made easy and questions are meet with sarcasm. Avoid this people.

Learned a lesson that might be helpful if your snowblower has aggressive cleats. Ordered these chains to fit a cub cade snowblower with aggressive tread in size 15x5-6. The chains tend to lie between the deep cleats and therefore make very little contact with the snow or ice. Very little improvement in traction. Suggest consider a diamond style or net style chain that has additional connections across the tire that prevent the links from dropping between the cleats. Grizzlar makes a "net" or "diamond" style product GTN524 that will fit this tire size. I could not find this size on Amazon. I did note that Amazon offers some of this style that fits a slightly larger tire.The chains themselves seem well-made. They arrive in a cloth bag with simple instructions. The connections are fiddly which is usually true of chains...these are more fiddly than most. A chain tensioner is not provided. Be sure to get one!

I haven't used them yet but they fit on the snowblower's tires perfectly and they look to be excellent quality.
