Bought these to use on the front tires of my 2018 Cadet XT1 lawn tractor when set up for plowing snow (already had the chains for the back tires). They appear to fit exactly as I hoped, and help greatly when plowing while my blade is angled left or right. Before having these installed, when plowing heavier snow over previously packed snow, my tractor's frontend would often slide perpendicular to the plowing direction. This still happens sometimes even after installing these chains, though not nearly as often nor as dramatically. I've learned to do my best to keep the front tires pointed parallel to the direction of plowing as much as possible which also helps in conjunction with these chains. I know that might sound like it should be obvious, but lawn tractors don't really have as tight of steering as automobiles do such that you are consistently making adjustments to the steering direction no matter what your doing (plowing, mowing, driving down a long driveway just to check the mail). Even with these chains helping add traction for plowing, they don't do much more to prevent frontend slide-out when hitting a patch of ice. I'm very pleased with these chains.

I have to return these because the size was too big - long story. After some back and forth with bad info from AMAZON (they sent me the wrong return label) ROLAND came through and got me the RIGHT return label. The PRODUCT looked great! Just need a smaller size.JUST AN UPDATE. SO IT TURNS OUT that I did order the correct size as upon inspection of the tires they were 15 x 5 x 6. For some reason, the chains sent did not fit my now blower tires (far too big).

For the first time since I bought my snow blade, my garden tractor doesn't have the front-end move sideways when I push snow on either the left or right angle. The chains (over turf tires) really helped me remain on a straight course. The chains didn't rub against the steering knuckes like I thought they might. Highly recommend for anyone using a snow blade and turf tires that had the same issue I had.

Bought these for the front wheels on my garden tractor that I use to plow snow in winter. They work excellently and make steering in slippery conditions possible even with the plow down.

This is a set of two chains, which is not obvious in the ad. The quality is top notch -solid, well made chains, and include the nice stretchers that are very nice to have, maybe necessary. I accidentally ordered two pairs because I thought the price was for one chain. The Company, RLB, was very cooperative and changed the order. I shopped around, and these seem like the best chains for the best price.

These chains were easy to install after I deflated the tires quite a bit and once I inflated them I cut off the excess links and they fit great. However they rub on the steel tabs closest to the wheel on the axle resulting in a lot of noise but so far they haven't caused any real damage. You do need to be careful when steering because they make it somewhat difficult to handle smoothly especially with a snow blade.
