This is a great little enclosure for almost any space. You can just use 4 panels, or all panels. I bought liners to accommodate my alterations as I only use 4 panels for now. When I move it to another space, I will use the whole thing. Breaks down with ease. Puts together with ease. Put it on a closet shelf during offtime use. SO NICE!!

I like how the cage is and how easy assemble. My four guinea pigs love it and roomy. However, the problem is that the bottom of the playpen is too thin an easy hole and stains on the corner. Easy to clean from the bottom to the top. I am planning on ordering to different one little bit stronger and thicker playpen for the bottom. For your info my guinea loves to eat blue tag where metal hole one-hold liner to the cage on the bottom. I had a few of them torn apart so i suggest you find something stronger to hold them.

A little patience required for assembly, but sturdy once up. Our boys love the open pen. Bought extra pads for easy rotation and cleaning.

The cage is easy to set up. Cleans up nicely, wipeable. Fits great on to of the kids dresser. It's good quality and sturdy.

In the photo is Spirit, he was a sick baby chicken that I had to isolate from my main coop while I treated him. I got this coop as an “ICU unit†for him because I wanted a clean, isolated place for him to rest and heal. He has been in his ICU cage for 2 weeks and he’s finally better and going back to his friends. I’m eating this cage a 1000000/10 because it played a huge part in easing my work to revive my chicken.The cage looks exactly as the photos and the size is accurate. It was easy to set up, my husband and I did it together and it took us 5-10 minutes max. I think this is perfect for a small animal like a guinea pick (or a baby chicken lol) but I don’t recommend for bigger/stronger animals. The structure held itself well, and I had no issues with it flopping to the side or being wobbly. We had our chicken in there for 2 weeks and the cage survived those 2 busy weeks. The best part about this is that you can disassemble it quickly so storage was so easy. I stored it away for future ICU needs, and I think this will last a very long time for us.The only thing I want to note is that there’s no “roofâ€, it’s an open cage so you get the “wall†pieces and also a “floor†piece, which is a fabric. Since this fabric is essentially a sleeve that wraps around the base of the cage it was very helpful to keep the mess inside the cage. I’m so happy to have tried and reviewed this item because it’s not something I would have bought on my own simply because it was advertised for guinea pigs and smaller pets, and it doesn’t come up when I search for chicken coops. I’m recommending this for my other chicken loving friends because we all have a sick chicken every now and then, and it’s a common practice to isolate sick chickens. Most of them time we just put them in a box or in the garage; but my beloved chickens deserve a nice ICU cage when

I am using this as a "walking pen" for my 13-year old (very elderly) dwarf Bunny (he weighs 2-lbs) who due to partial blindness and difficulty with walking and balance, can no longer have free-range run of the house.The panels are 16"x12", so the pen can be configured as 24"x48" and 16" high, which is how the included pad fits (it has really cute bunny decorations!). However, for smaller pets or those (like mine) who do not need 16" high sides, the pen can be set up as a larger 32"x64" with 12" high sides; you will need to obtain a larger base pad if using this larger configuration. I used something like the ASIN: B0D1QHYPBL, Waterproof Bed Pad/Washable Underpad.The panels are solid, and of comparable thickness and sturdiness to panels that are used to make Wire Cube Storage units.The kit comes with a wooden mallet, zip ties, and 6 extra connectors. If you need more replacement connectors, ASIN: B086KWQL7W, C&AHOME Wire Cube Plastic Connectors fit well.The zip ties, in my opinion, are not necessary if you make sure the panels are securely set into the connectors (listen for them to "click"). Also, the zip ties will limit the ability to easily move the pen from place to place, as well as limit your ability to create an infinite number of configurations, depending on your changing needs. But, if you have it set up the way you like it and where you want it, are not going to be treating it as "portable" and/or changing configurations, the zip ties provide a nice sense of security.I evaluated this item in conjunction with ASIN: B0DHLL4X4X, STILLCOVE C&C Cage Accessories: 10 Pcs Universal Wheels. They coordinate nicely, and allow the pen to be rolled out of the way if it is blocking access to a dresser or closet. The pen should be set up in the 24"x48" configuration to best add these wheels. An additional (8) 12"x12" Wire Cube Storage panels and (3) connectors are needed in order to add these wheels to this pen. See my review of the ASIN: B0DHLL4X4X, STILLCOVE C&C Cage Accessory Wheels for more details on using wheels with this pen.Please keep in mind that this is designed for those pets considered "small animals"; those that cannot or will not step over or jump over 12" or 16" high sides, or be able to push around a pen weighing 8-9 lbs.Excellent value, all parts are easy to clean. Functionally flexible.
