This capo is not only vibrant and eye-catching but also incredibly sturdy. It clamps securely onto my guitar without buzzing, making chord changes smooth and easy. A great addition for any guitarist!

Nice and different from a standard capo.

This comes in a black storage bag. That's a great idea, as it could get loose in a case and the bag would keep it from scratching up your favorite axe. Once you open the bag, the irridescent finish really catches your eye. It's pretty and the color seems to change as you move it around in the light. This capo grips the neck well and there aren't any dud strings at either end. It's easy to apply and remove. There is a pin puller built into one of the arms - the edges are rounded off pretty well, but you still know it's there when you squeeze it.This capo takes just a little more effort than my favorite one, but it's not that much of a difference. The vendor even included 5 picks in the box. How thoughtful - one can never have enough of them....I move around a lot, and I need to have a bit of kit at each location. This one will do fine. I'll leave it at one location and it's one less thing that I'll have to pack.

At the time of writing, this squeeze-style capo is $11.99. That's a good price for an all-steel spring capo, and this thing is much nicer in terms of heft, build, and quality compared to some plastic spring capos I have. The spring has great tension/spring, so it holds the strings well. The listing says it's made for electric guitars, but, like most spring capos, this works equally well on our electric and acoustic guitars. It fits well along the entirety of each of the necks, with no issues on tension, grip, rubbing, etc. The foam padding is very nice.I can't compare it to different, and often price, styles of capos like cradle, screw, yoke, etc. but assume it will have the same "con" that most spring capos do, which is one-sided pressure causing intonation issues (the tradeoff being ease of use and movement). We're a house of beginners, so haven't tried those others yet.We have a G7th Performance Capo, which was a hand-me-down. Given its age and wear, it seems a bit fiddly, so I can't compare it to that.Overall, I am happy with this. I got it through the Vine Program, but I would happily pay $11.99 for this capo, given its build and quality. Please ignore my bad placement of the capo on the frets in my pictures.

I am a novice, so take this review for what its worth. This capo essentially works as expected. The design is kind of cool. I was worried about it showing finger prints, but that isn't really an issue.I did knock it down to 4 stars for 2 simple reasons. One - it is heavier than another capo I tried and it actually does affect the balance of the guitar. And two, it is on the pricy side for cheap capos. Obviously there are high end ones that cost quite a bit more, but at my level, I just wan something that does the job, and I don't really see any benefit of this one ($12) over another one that I ordered for $7.

This is pretty much everything you want in a capo. Notes ring as well as any good capo. I didn't use the pick holder, but I guess that is cool. It definitely catches the eye. I would definitely order again.
