We work closely with our outsourced design and development team, to make sure our products perform as we intend to. We do this by first identifying the main goals of our new and prospective products and what features and problems it will resolve for the user. We then consult with our development team on possible designs that will meet the needs of the current market. When concluding with our product development team, we then decide if we should create a protype which will be unique in design and solve a need in with users. If the product makes the cut, then we create detailed instructions on the assembly and use of the product so you won’t have any problems when your product arrives.
Quality Powder Coating Process at Our Factories
Our factories focus on quality and durability of the powder coating process. Metal parts are individually prepped, sanded, hung, coated and re-coated again. We ensure accurate color matching and use the highest quality of paint materials to ensure long lasting durability with rust protection and prevention. This results in uniform high-quality smooth finishes without sags or drip marks. Additionally, our paints are inspected at the factories to be environmentally save, by passing or exceeding TCCA Title VI (EPA) compliant standards.

This item was defective. It was unstable and would not sit on the floor square and level. I asked for a refund and the vendor sent a return label and RMA promptly. The problem came when I got notice that the refund had posted to my account. The vendor deduced 20% for a restocking fee for a defective item!Who does this? Not any company I will ever do business with again!If Geek Stands does not stand behind their products, I suggest no one else do business with them either.I will add an update when and if I get a satisfactory resolution.

Would definitely order from Geekstands.com, again. The stand arrived a day earlier than expected and packaged securely. The only thing I have is on the stand, itself. The center of gravity seems to be too far back, so I drilled new sets of holes in the holding arms to move them forward, putting the weight more between the feet.

Said to support 80 pounds. 63 pound Mesa Boogie MK V makes the top quite flimsy. Makes me question trusting it to support that amp. Should have twin vertical risers. Feel like the amp support forks should be welded on all four sides. This one is only two sides. That point is where most stands like this fail first. Stage trials and road worthiness upcoming. Have only used it in the studio thus far. Otherwise, it is a well-built item with good hardware. Time will tell.

I had occasion to use these two stands to hold 40 inch TV monitors for use by presenters on the stage. They worked well. It was helpful to have the ability to adjust the height.

This stand is heavy and tippy. I expected to have a “free†return from Amazon Prime, like everything else. Not on this item. The cost to return is over 33%!! No where when ordering does it state that a shipping return cost will be applied!! Come on Amazon….not fair you don’t make that known
