Like the top. Was skeptical at first but fits nice. Does run small get a size larger. I'm about 245 5'10 and the XXL fits perfect. Tight as first but after awhile itbfits comfortably. I use it when I go in runs or to the gym because I have a lot of fat around lower chest that I get insecure about when I'm running or working out. Wearing it boost my confidence and reduces the appearance.Tried it on wearing nirmal clothes ad well and it looks dope

I cannot wear bras due to physical issues, so I have been struggling to find clothing that can support my chest and flatten it enough to allow me to both get the profile I want (I tend to dress more masculine) as well as help my back pain since I couldn't wear bras, and I am a 38D.These shirts are my daily wear. They provide me the support I need, the profile I want, and all-day comfort. I have done full contact sports in high temperature and humidity in these shirts, and I was not suffering heat exhaustion.When in doubt, if you're on the sizing line, get the size up and understand that you will likely have to adjust to them. I was lightheaded after wearing it the first few times because I had to adapt to breathing with the compression. However, once that adjustment was made, I cannot imagine not having these in my world. Amazing.

Flew to Hawaii for my daughters beautiful wedding. I wanted to appear slimmer in photos. It was a tight fit (that's ok, Ill wait to breathe until after the wedding photos). It helped...a little. I guess i just need to be less fat...sigh. It worked ok, but not a miracle compression invention. I most likely will not wear it again. I do not want anyone buying this to think it will truly make you appear a lot thinner- it doesn't. If you are looking for a way to crush your internal organs until they beg for salvation, you wont be disappointed.

It keeps flab compressed to look as it should and if you Have a medical condition like myself where you man nipples are consistly hard then you will enjoy the look of this under a regular shirt. Fit was good and quality of this brand is more cotton fabric and not that latex silk material that makes you sweat or feel uncomfortable..

The compression shirts run smaller than expected so get a size up. I ordered the XL and it fits like a med/large. The shirt is comfortable after all day use and really works.

Don't expect a miracle, but it is a comfortable shirt. It does help to maintain your "belly" in place! It is a bit expensive, but I do recommend it.
