I love these! Great value for the price. Many color choices. If you twirl the toothpick part between your fingers if fluffs up the foil. You can use on cupcakes or as a cake topper. Once fluffed it is a nice thickness. They are very functional.

These were horrible. The foil came all smashed up (I can’t even explain how bad it was). I turned them upside down and twirling them to see if that would help, NO! Then I tried to fluff it with my fingers, to no avail. The foil just broke off. I ended up throwing them in the trash! What a waste of money.

Definitely a good decision to get these Pom Pom streamer inspired cake toppers for a vintage heart cake I made for my daughter’s birthday party! Added that extra fun factor to the cake!
