I tested these out at 12.8V, and at that voltage they are pulling 1.6A, so that's right on the money for 2W.They put out a pretty good amount of light for only 2W. It's a softer light, which is great for a camper or similar. I'm using these in a solar powered shed enclosure and they work fine for that.I'm taking off two stars because the black wire is positive and the white wire is negative. That's a big no-no for DC installations, and is going to cause problems down the road for someone.Yes, AC has the black wire hot and white wire neutral, but this is DC, not AC, and black is always negative with DC. Someone somewhere messed up big time.
