My favorite jewelry/silver cleaner. I used to buy this at my local jewelry store. But they closed down. I was happy to find this cleaner online again after having to throw my last jar out. I will warn with age it does develop a rough smell (sulfur like) but it takes heavy use and over a year for it to be so bad that you need to throw it away. I don’t use it daily. I was able to make my last jar last 2 ish years. A heavier user may not be able to get it to last as long. But it works very well on jewelry and silver- makes it shiny and look like new again.

This worked very well for me. Cleaned my sterling silver in seconds. Don't use it on porous stones, and not for longer than a few seconds. Whatever it is, it's caustic. And smelly. I will only be using is sparingly and only on pieces that I know it won't damage.

This silver cleaner is amazing and made my silver jewelry look brand new. Yes it does have an odor that stinks but, I don’t care about the odor it works so quick and easy it’s the best silver cleaner I’ve ever used. I have tried a few different silver cleaner and, it wasn’t as easy as this one. I give it a big thumbs up!

I never leave reviews but this product warrants it. I don’t know if you can tell in the picture, but I had stopped wearing the above bracelet because it was so tarnished. 10 seconds in this product, it looked as good as new. I highly recommend for Pandora and Brighton type of jewelry.

This cleaner is the best!! You don't have to rub with a polishing cloth to shine your jewelry—in fact, a cloth or a brush doesn't come with it. The liquid does everything for you in 10 seconds. All you do is rinse with warm water, let your jewelry air dry, or pat dry with a paper towel. It's very simple to use, and it works.

This brought several pieces back to life 100% new, however a few still have a slight tinge. Highly toxic, use a towel and keep away from kids and pets. Did not damage any pieces. However I'm sure if left in the solution too long that's possible.

I really dislike when faux patina is applied to silver jewelry. I like silver to be bright and shiny as possible. I bought a pendant with a design I loved, but it was caked with thick, black faux patina. I also have a David Yurman box chain bracelet that the faux patina gave a very masculine appearance to. I really wanted to remove the faux patina without having to take both pieces to a jeweler. Based on my google research, I learned that the black patina is actually a silver or copper sulphide requiring a cyanide solution to remove, and a silver cleaning dip containing thiourea would take it right off.This Hagerty dip made very quick work of the patina on my bracelet. I dipped it in twice, for a few seconds at a time, and rinsed with water and patted it dry in between dips. I was worried that leaving the bracelet in too long would cause damage. The bracelet came out perfect, looks much better to my eye, and after a quick buff with a jewelry cleaning cloth it’s good as new.The pendant (see photos) took many dips. In between dips I used a sharpened orange wood stick to get into all the tiny little crevices. It took at least 15 dips, along with scrubbing with the tip of the orange wood stick and rinsing out the loosened patina, to get it perfectly clean and shiny.While I was at it, I also dipped a Tiffany necklace that was tarnished due to time and neglect, and within a couple of seconds it was perfectly clean, bright, and shiny.I can’t say enough good things about this silver cleaning dip, it’s fast, effective, and so satisfying to use.

I have used many different silver cleaning products. This one is excellent for jewelry, with no work on my part. Dip, rinse, polish - done, shiny new looking pieces again! I dipped 20-40 seconds depending on how tarnished the item was. Very happy to have bought this and will certainly purchase again when needed.

This solution is the best! Worked like a miracle in removing tarnish off silver jewelry. I tried to avoid touching the solution with my bare skin as much as possible due to the toxicity of the solution, so I used an old needle nose plier to pick up the the stem of the basket inside the solution. It instantly removed the tarnish off the tips of the needle nose pier! This stuff is great for silver chains which as we know can be difficult to remove tarnish between the crevices if just using cream polisher & silver buffing cloths. Just dip in for a few seconds, remove & it comes out silvery white - like new!The smell is strong upon opening, so suggest to use the solution in a bathroom that has a ceiling fan to assist in removing the odor & let the fan run for a bit after cleaning your jewlery to remove all traces of the smell. Highly recommend this product!
