Absolutely love this metal over the door rack for my hot tools. It perfectly fits all seven of my heat tools (2 curling irons, a wand, a standard flat iron, a mini flat iron, a curling iron/flat iron hybrid, and my hair dryer).The system came with 3 different ways to mount the rack (over the door, drywall anchors and an adhesive strip), so it’s extremely versatile where it can be placed. It’s heigh adjustable on the over the door system. Mine is set to the lowest possible notches. My door closes just fine with another set of racks inside my vanity.The over the door system would not fit a standard interior door. It is only wide enough to fit over a vanity door.

My new hair dryer is too big to fit in the drawer and I didn't want to hang it on the wall. This works perfectly inside my bathroom cabinet. The dryer fits nicely in the center and there's room on one side for the cord and the other side for my round brush. The hanger is adjustable for taller items and it comes with hardware to hang on the wall if you would rather do that. I picked this one over many others mostly because of the price and the extra box on the left in the photo that can be hung on either side or in front. My only negative feedback is that I wish the extra box had mesh on the sides so it could be used for smaller items. Other than that, it's perfect!

Even at the longest setting, it doesn’t hang down enough for the hair instruments to not get caught in the door every time and it doesn’t wanna shut. I wish it had like an extra inch and a half to go down and it would be perfect.

Hairdressers and other hair tools are so hard to corral. If you have them in a drawer, the cords get tangled and you have to move one to get the other. This basket is absolutely perfect, with a center spot specifically for the hair dryer. If a hairdryer is all you have, you could also use the other spots for hairspray, dry shampoo, shampoo, conditioner, the list is endless. Living in an apartment, we are not allowed to screw anything to the doors, or stick anything to the doors, so this over the door basket is perfect for us. A+
