I've bought these gift boxes several times in the past and felt compelled to write my own review.I use this primarily to ship out small gifts. Keep everything you received with this gift box, including the outer packaging, and the plastic wrap that allows you to pull the gift box out from the outer packaging when you first received it.Once you get everything inside this gift box, then gently place the fill paper on top of the gift, close the lid, tie a simple bow securely, place the plastic wrap that comes with it in the outer packaging box, place this gift box on top of it. This will be helpful for your recipient to pull out the box once he/she receives it.I shipped fountain pens, ink, small/medium size perfume bottle, basically small gift items etc. and it makes such a wonderful presentation. The most I think you can ship items within this box to ensure it secures items nicely is probably up to 4-5 lbs. But don't take my words for it - I just prefer to ship something that's not too heavy for this size of the gift box. It is a nice size to ship gift items that won't break your wallet once you have to pay for shipping charge.

This lovely box is perfect in every way (strong, well-applied adhesive, pretty grosgrain ribbon closure). That said, the box color is given as “light pink,†and that’s not true. The box color is just as you see in the photo: a purplish lilac orchid color.

This box looked beautiful in the picture and I was delighted that it was exactly as I'd hoped when it arrived. It is beautiful looking, very sturdy, high-class, and a nice touch to a showpiece gift!! It will easily lend itself to being used for another and on and on. A+++Also, it shipped the same day as ordered and arrived the next day -- well-packaged, safely shipped to prevent damage & arrived 100% intact and mark free.

The material used is extremely durable, no fear that the box will become squished or ripped;I ordered a blue one to use as a baby keepsake box and I’m glad I did! The ribbon is super cute and the box is just the right size to tuck away someplace safe. Definitely better than paying 30$+ for a baby specific keepsake box. The inside lid is plain white so I was able to write a cute message and fill it with all the important memorabilia from my son’s birth.I’m happy with my purchase!
