This jacket is super cute. I was hesitant to buy a peacoat without seeing it, however this was a great value. It looks great on. I bought the 7-8 and it fit my petite 9 year old well. I would say it runs true to size.

This is a great looking jacket. My son is 8 years old but in the 90th percentile for height so we got the 10-12 sized jacket. It's a bit big on him so it looks a bit sloppy but we wanted to get a jacket that he could wear for a few years rather than one that only fit this year. We live in Northern Nevada and this should be good for the bulk of fall and part of winter. In the coldest part of the winter you would either need to get a different jacket or layer it a bit. We'll probably do a different jacket as if it's too cold for this jacket, there's likely snow on the ground and if there's snow on the ground, my kid will be rolling around in it. This jacket is not meant for that, as I'm sure you can tell, but my kid doesn't care about things like that. Beautiful well made jacket.

My kid got this for a costume, but ended up liking it so much he wears it often. The fabric is thick and warm (be warned that it's the kind of material that grabs onto every little piece of hair and lint), and it has a nice lining.He's an average sized seven year old and the 7-8 size fits him perfectly.

The pattern on this coat is top notch. I adore a low profile, up-turned collar, Matrix style. It looks so sharp. The size 150 fits my nine year old with a little room to grow into. It’s true to size.It has pockets, which is a must for any coat. The buttons are easy to button and unbutton. The back has a generous slit for ease of movement. I really like the design of the coat. It looks like an adult designer coat, but for kids.I wish the fabric was a little more substantial. As per the tag, it is 100% polyester fabric and lining. It was described with conflicting information on the fiber content. In one part of the description, it said polyester, but in the bottom „see more“ area of the description it said it’s a wool blend. That should be updated to be polyester, not wool.On the tag it says „Do Not wash“ but in the description it says washing is okay. I am guessing that since there is no wool, that washing on delicate woukd probably be okay, then hang to dry. I doubt I will follow the instructions as to dry it in the shade.Whatever the fiber content make up, I would say this is a light coat, only for fall. It is attractive but too thin for anything below 50 degrees.

This boys overcoat is such a classic piece for my sons wardrobe. I love the heavy fabric and the cut of the coat. It hangs nicely. I highly recommend!
