We bought this coffee maker and it does not meet our needs - it is TOO slow. Upon trying to return the item, the least expensive option was $82.62. My fault for possibly not reading free returns but also ... why bother buying something if you can't return it because of an issue.I got my refund and they charged me a $22.35 restocking fee! If I knew this I would not have returned it - this $149.03 item cost me $104.96 to return! This company is a JOKE!!
