There are several dents. The door hinge was bent and the door fell off. My son fixed it enough to get the door to stay on. I don't want to return it but I should be compensated for the damages.

Freezer is the perfect size for me just disappointing that it arrived already damaged. Seems to be cooling good just looks ugly.

Doesn't have a handle and it closes tightly, so I have to hold the unit back with one hand and pull it open with my other hand. Comes with the door opening from left to right.

Looks like a decent unit for some extra fridge space kept in a garage, but with all the shipping damage, I'd be more irate if this was for an interior kitchen or RV. But for me, it is fine for where we keep it.
