At 28" X 28" this has a small footprint, but it holds a lot. One thing I like is the information on the door that lets you monitor the inside temperature, which so far has been consistently eleven degrees below zero. This freezer sits outside on my deck and whether it's 80 degrees or 25 degrees, the internal temperature is always the same. The other thing I like is that it is truly frost free. It also has glass shelves and fairly deep shelves in the door for smaller items. And it's a good value, costing less than many other freezers.

The fridge/freezer works perfectly fine but it came significantly damaged, if it would have been dented more on the door on the right side the seal wouldn’t seal I got pretty lucky that it still seals. Love the way it looks just wish dents weren’t there. Customer service was very kind and did reimburse some money due to inconvenience, we got this for around 360-370 due to that so definitely got value for our money with it.No noise at all. I love that I can see the temp of the freezer, it’s for my breastmilk im an over supplier and needed a bigger space.Note this unit is heavy! Make sure you have another person there to help I had to wait till my husband got home to get it to my kitchen

I love this refrigerator! I really wanted one for upstairs, but it wasn’t big enough to fit the space. But I love it downstairs for all of the stuff I can’t get into the one upstairs. It was a great deal. Amazon did a great job of notifying us of when it was gonna be delivered.

I had a specific place in mind for this item. As another reviewer mentioned, the product description is wrong. It is 28 inches wide and deep - not 23.5 as shown in the description. It is also 68 inches tall - not 70 inches as shown in the description. The door is also not reversible as noted in the description. I purchased this item believing the description was accurate and the product would fit in my limited space. I should have known something was off when the movers had trouble getting through my 30 inch door. They did a great job struggling to get it in my basement. The only thing they did that couldn’t necessarily be avoided was to tilt it on its side. It wasn’t until it was moved and unpacked that I had access to the manual which stated that moving the unit lying down could damage the sealed system. I’m waiting for the mandatory 24 hour before plugging in at which time will find out if it works.

This freezer is more than I expected. Glass shelves. LED lighting. Most of the bad reviews here are because the freezer gets damaged in transport. Mine arrived in perfect shape and for the $425.00 price point, it offers the most for the money. Well done Hamilton Beach.
