I buy this paper for my office regularly. You can't beat the price. And the quality of the paper is great too. The problem is that it ALWAYS arrives damaged. Amazon ships the case by itself, rather than packed in a larger box with air pillows or other cushioning inside. I get it... this paper is already in a box, why waste additional packaging? Take a look at the pictures to see why. The case is heavy and it must just get thrown around on the truck and/or by the driver. If the reams of paper weren't also damaged, I could probably look the other way. But that's not the case. At least half of the reams are busted open in this latest case. Most of the paper seems fine, so I won't be returning it. I will continue to buy this paper despite the packaging because it is good paper and the price is great. I just wish Amazon would step up and fix this problem. There are many other reviews with the same complaint.
