I know a majority of buyers had poor experiences with the quality of packaging but the two reams I ordered arrived perfectly intact (in a box though, I was worried it would come in a bag). I had looked at all the big box stores and did way too much research on paper weights and types before finally purchasing this. I needed thinner and softer-colored paper than your standard white 24lb copy paper for a 6-ring planner I ordered. After printing, trimming, and hole-punching, I am in love.
