Works great for syrian hamsters; it is nice and fresh. Just be sure to open the package and let it sit a bit so the dust can fly off, as there is a lot of it in the package.

Looks like there was a puncture in the bag. Not sure how much sand was lost but there was quite a bit in the box it was shipped in. A little disappointing since it’s expensive sand. I do love this sand and have purchased before.
