Super cute and so far silent, I bought the medium for my large Syrian hamster, and it’s probably as small as I’d want to go, but it works for him! It is very sturdy and reasonably priced.. I love it!

I haven’t had any problem with this wheel. It some built and it so quiet I can sleep at night. It’s also large enough to not hurt my hamster.

We purchased 4 of these exercise wheels for our pet mice back in July of 2024. We thought they were good quality but we have a only had themfor 5 months. Our mice chewed right thru the micro thin wood making holes in the running areacausing one mouse to hurt his leg. Also we could not figure out how to clean the micepoop off of their running area which was not very healthy for them. We tried a wet brush but could not get the poop off the wood. Can I package allfour and return them to you for a credit. They weretoo expensive to have for such a short period of time but we can thought wood would be very durable and long lasting .
Love ittt

It's actually silent and it's cute so that's really it. I'd say it was definitely worth it but if your hamptr is fat like mine you'll hear it running from time to time. But the wheel itself is silent

I like how quiet and attractive the wheel is. Also very sturdy. Maybe I have a very feisty dwarf hamster but she tore apart the cork lining inside the wheel within a few hours. We kept the wheel in without the lining but after several days it started to stink pretty bad from urine absorbing in the wood. Went through 2 wheels in a matter of weeks before throwing away due to smell. She tore the lining up in both wheels and it just got stinky.

I purchased this wooden hamster running wheel for my daughter’s hamster, and it's been a great addition to its habitat. The wheel's design is a hit with the hamster, who loves running on it. One of the standout features is how quiet it is. The only sound you hear is the gentle patter of the hamster's feet, which is perfect since hamsters are nocturnal and tend to be active at night. The build quality is generally good, but there was a small issue with the cork lining. It wasn't glued securely in all places, particularly at one seam in the inner circle. However, this was easily fixed with a small drop of glue on each side of the seam. After this minor adjustment, the wheel has been functioning perfectly.Despite this small hiccup in the construction, I would still recommend this wheel. Its quiet operation is a significant plus, especially for those who keep their hamster's cage in a bedroom or living area. Just be prepared to possibly make a simple fix to ensure the cork lining stays in place.

I purchased this wooden silent wheel for my dwarf hamster, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade! The wheel is truly quiet, which is a huge relief compared to the noisy plastic wheel we had before. It stays securely in place and doesn’t shift around during use, even with regular activity. My hamster loves it, and it’s a great addition to his habitat. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a durable, quiet, and functional wheel for their small pet!

I bought this wheel for my hedgehog the day I got him. He was unexpected and I was unprepared. For some reason, all of the large plastic wheels I was interested in would take a week to arrive, and my chubby hedgehog did not need to go a week without exercise. I ordered this one for next day shipping with the intention of using it temporarily until the other one arrived and possibly using it as a back-up. It seemed like it would be hard to clean, but I didn't expect it to be impossible. First, the positive. It is very quiet and very smooth running. The bearing seems to be high quality and continued working perfectly after getting it wet accidentally trying to clean the wheel. The wheel sits close to the ground so Piglet can easily get into it. It's nice and wide and easily accommodates the round shape of a chubby hedgehog and would also be a great fit for a pet rat or similar sized pet. The actual wheel part was very sturdy (until it wasn't as you'll see bellow). Plastic wheels that I've used can get a little flimsy feeling and the shape can distort as my chubster gets towards the outside edge. This wheel has a thick, sturdy wooden support ring around the outer edge that makes it keep its shape and probably makes him feel more secure as he runs. The negative: I don't think u would be good for any kind of pet that would chew wood, but hedgehogs don't do that so it wasn't an issue. The wood is a little rough. I'm sure the texture was helpful for traction and it didn't seem to be rough enough to cause him any foot issues, and the texture really grabbed on and held tight to any poop that got on it. The wood was also absorbent and was covered in pee and poop the first night he used it. The liquid gets pulled into the wood fibers and will never come out. Hedgehog poop is alot more soft that most small animals that leave dry little pellets behind. Piglet eats a variety of homemade wet food so his poop is even squishier than hedgehogs who eat dry catfood, and this wheel sucked all that poop juice right into the wood. I tried several methods of cleaning it, but didn't drench it or submerge it. salvageable. The actual wheel part, which is a very thin plywood product, I tried spraying and wiping with a vinegar solution and with plain water and I tried wiping with a wet rag (more wet than damp but not dripping wet), and I tried scraping and scrubbing the stickier bits. I didn't worry about getting all the stains out because I knew that wasn't possible. I washed the solid wood base part with dish soap and a scrub brush and rinsed it with a spray of water. The spray sometimes got on the back of the wheel back and I dried it with a towel and sometimes blew it dry with a hair dryer on cool or by aiming a fan on it. Once, I put it in the dryer on a shoe shelf without heat for about 10 minutes. During the 3rd cleaning, it just disintegrated in my hands. It's glued together, and the glue seems to be water soluble. I tried saving it to regime it but it just kept getting worse. The plywood of the wheel delaminated and it just wasn't salvagable. Although it didn't last long at all, and there's just no way I could think of to use it and clean it in a way that wouldn't ruin it, I gave it 2 stars because the height and size of the wheel were great and the bearing was nice and worked well. I believe the design and the bearing were very good, but the rest of the materials were a poor choice, low quality, and impractical, which, unfortunately made it fall apart after a week of use.
