Pretty nice. Well made, and comes with all you need for use. The rubber jacket makes it easy to hold and offers protection. It comes with a lanyard and even the battery (CR2032) which is common in optics and other gear. It is backlit, and the data is easy to read. this will come in handy on the range.

I am not a part of the Vine free bee looking for opinions of merchandise and actually paid for this Anemometer. I was looking for an inexpensive (cheap) anemometer for shooting my pistol at the gun range. It has limited functionality and I am still trying to figure it out. It can detect wind speed and temperature but that is all I could figure out so far. I knew this would have limited use when the video showed changing the battery and the box it came in as a benefit. If anything changes I will update my review but overall a good Anemometer to star out using.

The instructions that came with this Anemometer are written by a non-native english speaker and are difficult to understand.The unit I reveived is difficult to power on. To power on the unit, I have to repeatedly push the mode button before the screen will come on, sometimes after the unit powers on and I release the mode button the unit immediately powers down. Sometimes the backlight will remain on with nothing else on the screen, or the screen is on bbut not fully. Sometimes in my efforts to get the unit to power on, I have to remove the battery to reset the unit before being able to get it to power on.I can not suggest this anemometer to anyone, but it is cheap and if it all you can afford, it will do the job if you can get it to power on.

This device is not worth the money, even though it is the less expensive unit. I guess the old adage that you get what you pay for is correct. First of all, the instructions are not instructional at all, it is more of a list of what the unit can or is supposed to do. I set the device to wind speed MPH setting and then it is not clear if I should measure it in "current/average/or max. Then the temp does not display when using unless I change the setting from F to C and then back to F. To top it off, when I attempted to measure the wind speed on a windy day, the unit would not go above 4 MPH. I live in the panhandle of Texas where the wind blows at least 7 mph up to 30 mph gusts pretty much 300 day out of a year. I tried turning it on and off, removed the battery and reinstalled, tried the various settings all to no avail. Mostly it read 1 to 2 MPH. I would not recommend this unit to anyone.

I ordered this mini anemometer to test things like fans, HVAC airflow, etc. It records current max and average velocity in a bunch of different units as well as ambient temperature. Changing readout modes is somewhat counterintuitive but you get the hang of it quickly enough. I don't need precision and at this price point I'm not really expecting it. I need it to give me a rough idea and it does fine at that.

Really compact anemometer which gives wind speed and temperature. Units can be changed too. Has a neck lanyard. Great little item.

A vederlo è bello e fa il suo lavoro, sulla qualità ho qualche dubbio visto che dopo averlo usato 3 volte per 10 secondi sono comparse delle macchie sullo schermo.Aggiornamento: contattato il venditore, dopo un primo approccio non soddisfacente (proposta di risarcimento di 2 euro) mi é stata proposto il rimborso totale o la sostituzione in garanzia. Ho scelto la seconda proposta dando fiducia al prodotto. La mia valutazione da una stella, passa a 4. Prodotto nuovo ricevuto in un paio di giorni, efficienti, tutto a posto dopo il... "scivolone" iniziale.
