Attention: When the concrete vibrator is working, the vibrator should be inserted into the concrete vertically or at an angle of 15°-45°. Important Tips and Maintenance
- Hit the needle head against the ground to start vibrating motion.
- Do not stop the vibrator motor while the needle is immersed as withdrawing will be difficult.
- Do not leave the vibrating needle operating in the air as it will be overheated. The needle is only effectively cooled when it is immersed into the concrete.
- Hold the needle by the rubber sleeve that is wrapped around it in case excessive bending of the flexible tube occurs. Excess bend causes friction and makes the flexible tube more likely to overheat. Therefore, always keep the flexible tube as straight as possible when operating.
- The needle and flexible tube of the concrete vibrator should be maintained and cleaned with petrol every 100 hours of use.

I’ve been using this concrete vibrator for a few weeks. Great for deep statue molds that require a bubble free product. Seems to be well made and a heavy duty enough for the price point. Assembled with ease if properly lined up to the threaded shaft. Long power cord and shaker tube/line I would definitely recommend it.

Used it on a 5ft tall 120ft long block wall. It worked on every single cell that was filled with concrete. When it didn't vibrate, a simple tap got it going on the first try. This made every cell fill complete and it was easy to float the top. Best way to hold is with one hand, put the black cable up and over your shoulder and hold just above the metal vibration tip. Easy to carry and control. Also easy to tap it on a hard surface. This made the quality of work much better. Don't pour concrete without one. We had the line pump going with a J hook and it made the whole process go so much faster. This cost less than a rental and you get to keep it afterwards.

Cheaply made but for the DIY’er, completely workable. Have used it about 20 hours total so far. We’ll see how it lasts. Sure beats trying to fill the voids with a shovel handle.

This hand vibrator is a quality product made of durable materials. I used to consolidate concrete in sonotubes and it worked well. I would buy it again.

Its definitely not as strong as a professional model, but it works good enough for everything im working on. I got the 6' long one, and its a bit long. You Have to pull the trigger and then control the end, its not light and is kind of a pain moving it around with a cord and all. I wish I had gotten the 3 foot long one instead.But it shakes down the concrete good enough. Ive used it on several pad pours, and fence posts and it settled it down into the corners as needed.

I used it to settle the concrete/grout in a retaining wall. You need to bang the probe to get it to work as directed in the instructions. I hope it keeps working for other projects.

Decided to buy this as cheaper than driving an hour each way to rent/return a concrete vibrator. It worked flawlessly for a 30â€x8â€x 120’ (total length) grade beam pour. The vibrator dropped the concrete about 2†after fulling - a good sign that it caused the concrete to flow completely around the rebar inside the ICF forms. Vibrator was easy to clean up with garden sprayer on cable section and wiping the motor with a wet cloth. Put it away and it looks like new, ready for it’s next project.
