It was smaller than I thought it would be. Easy of use, once you figure out to wait for the stream before picking it up, use is easy. Steam it very good I amd using it to sterilized things. Cleaning power is good. Value is ok for money would like to see it a bit bigger. Attachments work as prescribed. Water content good, would like a little bigger tank. But it last a about 30 mins. Cord definitely need to be longer

Really liked how you can get into tight places to clean. I use mine for detailing my cars. Really really great tool!! Be careful while using the wand as the metal portion gets really hot and will burn your fingers if you accidentally or on purpose touch it. Hee hee ðŸ˜. But super tool for detail work cleaning your car. Love it!

I bought this steam cleaner hoping to clean and disinfect my floors and other surfaces, but I was very disappointed with its performance. The steam (warm water fine mist) was NOT hot enough. steam cleaners need to reach high temperatures and maintain contact with the surface for several minutes to disinfect and sanitize properly . This steam cleaner barely reached 100°C (212°F). I felt like I was just spraying fine mist of warm water, not steam. This defeats the whole purpose of using a steam cleaner, which is to use the power of heat and pressure to remove dirt and kill germs without chemicals. To test this steamer, I tried cleaning out my window sills, and it failed miserably. The picture below shows how dirty they still were after using the steam cleaner. I have a lot of experience using an industrial clothing steamer/press and using that clothing steamer, which has no pressure, would have cleaned it better than this supposedly pressurized steam cleaner. It's a glorified warm water sprayer. I do not recommend this product to anyone who wants a reliable and effective steam cleaner. It is a waste of money and time. (See image)

Use it every weekend. Stays hot. The heat went out with my last one, didn't even last a month. If you're looking into buying one do not get the one with the digital screen. The heating element went out on mine. Get the one you use the dial for settings, It just seems to work better overall.
