This product was one of those amazing discoveries to use at Home. If You are looking for a professional device with a Big tank and powerful hot steam this not the product for You. If You are looking for a compacto and useful device to be used at Home it can be the solution. Is can be used to cleanninna blink of an eye bathrooms, sinks, tile floors and fabric. It is not a perfect device, it delivers water at the begining and then hot, but not todo hot steam, steam is increasing and decreasing but for Home application You could save a lot of time cleaning shower, kitchen counters, tile, and fabric that has just got stains and remove stains very easy. Steam is not like pressure washing that leaves a lot water, the amount of water to clean is very moderate. It is not perfect but much better than those small hand devices. It has a good tank of water and also You can clean the engine of yout vehicle with demineralized water obviously at yout own risk, but it is good option to remove debriss from delicate areas. In general, awesome purchase.

I tested it by steaming burnt on buildup on 40 year old Corning Pyrex roaster. Worked terrific. I would have liked a trigger on the handle to stop and start the steam, but it worked fine as is. Also steamed my 5 quart le Creuset pot that I’m using to bake bread. When I oil it and line with parchment paper the oil bakes on and browns. Since I don’t want to scrub/scratch it I’ve steamed it the last couple of uses and it cleans well.

I received the unit on time and I was really excited to use it. Soon as I got the package I brought it insit, ripped the box open and got to work immediately. It was easy to use and figure out what goes where. It gets hot really quick so there's barely any wait time time.. I would recommend using some heat protected gloves because the only piece you can touch is the lightweight handle... If you get to close the the metal wand or the plastic tube that connects from the unit to the wand, well you're gonna burn the crap out of yourself. When you're working and getting into the job you sort of forget but it quickly reminds you how hot it is, so I will be getting gloves soon before using it again. Have to say though, it worked amazing and I like that it don't spit a ton of water out so it doesn't make too much mess. You can use a little cleaning solution inside to help cut grease or grime, but make sure to clean unit out after use so you don't corrode the insides. I really like it and am glad I purchased it.

First off - I've got a very large and expensive floor model - but it is too big to use on my 3D bakeware, the yellowing floor in my shower, in sinks... I like it so much that I'm going to get another to use only on kitchenware (after cleaning everything else in the bathroom I was so impressed that I used it to remove the rust stains from the toilets - so no more kitchen duty for this one). I use cheap bottles of "purified" water. Pour a bottle in, turn the unit on - and in a couple of seconds it starts spraying. There is no trigger control on it -when it is on it is going. It does shut off reasonably quick though. This thing is just about as powerfull as my $250 floor unit - and I think it is because it doesn't have a trigger control messing with the flow. I've had several steam cleaners and something that will ruin any of them is using tap water - or leaving water in them. I use one bottle of water at a time, and spray until it is empty. You can see how much water you have in the clear reservoir, it is small, light, and ergonomically balanced so you can carry it by the handle to walk and clean (I raise quail, and used it to clean my incubators, hatchers, and brooders - no more needing to use bleach!). I'll still use my larger unit for doing the floors - but for everything else I'll use this.

Returned the 1st order (After 4 uses, nothing came out) for a replacement. The replacement lasts for 3 uses then nothing came out again, then the hose at the tip-end handle burst and I got my hand burned. Passed Amazon's return date. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS. I overlook many short comings (no stop trigger, have to turn off the switch; too much water; hot handle), but stop working and burst boiling water out is a big NO!

Positive-This think works great! I have the Bissell hot shot and it has done it’s job but I needed something stronger to get my jobs done quicker. Definitely worth the money. I have had this for a few months and nothing has broke on it and is still very powerful. Just watch out for the metal tip! That sucker is HOT!Negative- it’s a pain to clean. The instructions say to make sure all the water is out of the tank before storing. But the water drain hole is tiny and in a awkward spot and it takes forever for all the water to drain out and fully dry

Okay been through four steamers even the dupry which is nice just so bulky and i don't like that especially small space this is can carry around no problem fill it up and dont have to let cool before adding more water. That's a plus because some of them steamers can be scary when you release the pressure im like oh k y gosh lids gonna shot of them top but dont have to get that nervous feeling with this it dose a pretty decant job i try steam clean at least once twice a month .

Its the best little steamer i have bought it's little but has alot of power. I absolutely recommend it.
