I’ve never belled a cat before so I have nothing to compare this with, but I am very satisfied after 3-4 weeks of use. No birds have been killed, just two moles, or voles, I’m never sure which, and the bell makes a pleasant jingle wherever the cat goes. It’s loud enough, but not too loud, and the tone is very nice and easy on my ears. It looks very well made and was easy to attach to the collar. I’m glad I bought this bell even though it was somewhat expensive. I think it’s well worth the money from my experience with it so far.

Medium size for my 45lb dog. Easy and secure attachment. Loud enough, but not obnoxious. Sturdy and well made💓

I bought these so that any wildlife or feral cats passing through my yard can hear my dogs wherever they are and flee before they are put in any danger.However, my dogs have destroyed four of these bells with the final one (with the stretchy cord attachment system) only lasting 2 days. I have a German shepherd mix and a pit bull mix who began biting each other’s bells - the first bell was gnawed on so hard that the metal bent and the clacker fell out. The next two were ripped right off and lost in the yard somewhere and the final one was bitten so hard that about 1/4 of the metal broke off and left behind a jagged edge.All that being said, I really do like these bells and my third dog (who doesn’t play with the other two) has his own bell that is still loud and clear - these bells are loud and cheerful like Christmas bells and I can hear them no matter where the dogs are on our 1.25 acres. If there was a version of them made of steel or a metal strong enough to withstand large dogs with strong jaws, I would purchase them again for my bigger dogs.

It’s loud, so we remove the bell/collar at night for our indoor/outdoor cat while we sleep. We’ve had the bell since October 2024. Zero bird kills since then.

I bought this bell for my cat, and while it’s made with quality materials and has a nice sound, I found that even the small size is still a bit large for her. However, it does the job of helping me keep track of her movements around the house, and I love that it’s handmade in the USA. The bell is durable, and the clacker is quite loud, which helps me hear her coming. Overall, it’s a great product, but I wish the smaller size were a bit more compact for my little kitty.Let me know if you’d like to adjust anything!

Very well made and loud enough that you always know where kitty is. Fastens very securely to collar with the included tie and helpful instructions. I got the smallest size. Worth the extra money for a high quality bell that won’t fall off.

My cat lost his bell because he lost his collar. No fault of the bell or the attachment. My cat is about 15 lbs and we got him a size small. You can see it. We also got him a GPS which is the black thing on his collar as he has run out a few times. This small bell rings so loud, I can hear him in the house and in the yard when he tries to escape. I just listen for it. It is worth every penny. It holds up well too.

Nylon tie/ stand off - Received, IS NOW elastic scrunchy with a plastic ball. Does not secure/ produce effective ring ( rigidity issue).

We sourced this bell hoping the reviews were accurate which they were. The bell was securely placed on our cats collar and the birds now hear him coming with time to escape. We do have to close our bedroom door at night though as the bell can now wake us! We now can hear where our cat is most times.
