A: No, the glass is fix on the top. Please wipe it with cloth.
Q: Is the tea box made from sustainable materials?
A: The tea box is made of wood and glass.
Q: Can the tea box be customized with a personalized engraving?
A: We do not provide customized request but you can print or write your personal engraves on it after you receiving.

This arrived with cracks at the hinges. I'm keeping it though because it's hard to see the damage, not immediately evident, and it's a nice tea keeper. Update: After leaving my review the company reached out to me proactively to rectify the situation though I did not request a replacement or a refund, they offered both. Great service!

I love the design and the quality of the tea box. It can fit a lot of tea in it. But it smells like fresh paint inside and no matter how well you are going to clean it, it doesn’t last, I even put it on the fresh air for couple of days but the smell still there.
