I bought these in size Medium for my dad after he lost weight from chronic kidney disease. My dad knew what he liked in pajama pants: cotton flannel with a classic plaid pattern, button fly & drawstring. This combination is not as easy to find as one might think! I was really pleased to find this pair by Hanes - and at a great price. This pair washed up well in my washer & dryer, unlike many other inexpensive "flannel" PJ pants. Especially polyester-cotton blends. Thankfully these are simply The sizing is spot on and leaves room for comfort without being baggy. I'm really happy that I found these for my dad!

This is the 2nd pair I’ve bought for my son. He had a pair in high school that he wore for years and wore out/grew out. We’ve bought several similar but they just weren’t the same. The just right fabric weight for 3 season comfort without getting too warm. Now my young 20-something has another pair of these comfy pants - I don’t think he’ll need to replace them until he turns 30!!

Fits perfect for a large lad size, well made and very comfortable. Hane's, what else do you need to say. Would recommend. Price for these on Amazon about 1/2 what the king size clothes stores are charging for same size and type of product. Loved them so much bought a second pair.

These sleep pants are 5" longer than the Large size from other brands like Nautica. They should be labelled Large and Tall.I'm 5'7" and have been for decades. Large works no questions asked. These Hanes pants will need a trip to the seamstress.Otherwise, nice and soft.
