After 2 years of very little use, this collapsed with me and my daughter in it. The frame is fine but the screws stripped somehow. A quick trip to Lowes will fix this but this is screaming cheap Chinese garbage to me.

I bought this as a reused/ refurb. My first one arrived perfect and I loved it! So I decided to purchase a second. The second arrived in a beat up box that was held together barely by packaging tape. No biggie I figured, what’s inside is what I wanted. Pieces were wrapped n all but the baggie that hold the nuts bolts n wrench, we’re not included. So it’s just a bunch of heavy metal pieces unable to attach to eachother to create anything useful. It’s a great option if all the parts are included! I only have 1 hand and it’s was fairly easy to put together n use. But you need the total package. Better luck to others!

Bends more than I'd like with 200 lb person. Not tall enough by at least 12 inches. A standard chair hammock puts your butt less than a foot off the ground. You have to roll out of the hammock onto your knees to stand up. If the company does not sell an 18 inch extension, this thing is just junk. Expensive and a complete waste. Deeply regret buying it.Blows over in the wind, and not much of a wind. And the vertical pole bolts are too short. Why are there so many positive reviews of something so totally awful. Do not waste your money on this horrible piece of junk.

I got this as a Christmas present for my daughter. We’ve had it for a week & it broke just 10 minutes ago. There’s no way for us to fix it.Unless we can get a refund or something, I wouldn’t recommend this product. Even before it broke, the screws on it kept coming loose. My daughter wasn’t even swinging on it, just sitting in it to read or play on her phone. Only gave this 5S so people could see this review. I should’ve read more of the reviews before buying it.

Love the look of it and the fact that it can hold so much weight. However, even my 45lbs child makes the entire stand “jump†when getting in and out of the chair. It is not bottom heavy at all and I’m nervous it’s going to hurt someone. Missed the return window or I’d definitely be sending it back.
