I am disappointed. The product I received does not match what I see online. Hopefully they will update their page so others do not encounter the same issue as me. Online photos show that the sides are covered. I already have a very similar paper organizer without walls on the sides. My intention of ordering this was to replace my old one. It’s important to me since I don’t want small items at the bottom shelf to slide out on the sides. I reached out to the company and they don’t have the correct file organizer in stock. They replied apologetically, quickly and kindly. I feel bad for docking stars.Ignoring my disappointment, it’s still a good slim design. It saves space on my desk. Less clutter. I like that I can choose to use it on my desk or mounted on the wall. It’s sturdy on a firm surface. Not for carpet. The mesh is smooth (nothing sharp) unlike my old one. No dents or bents. I noticed a minor construction flaw but it doesn’t affect the functionality. It came with sticker labels and screws. If you don’t care about the sides then this is a good one.-Made in China——————*UPDATE/EDIT*Looks like they updated their photos to the correct product so I am going to increase my rating to 4/5 stars (originally 3/5). If you have any issues I highly recommend reaching out to the seller (BOHDK). They’re helpful and thoughtful.
