Got exactly what I ordered. Gets rid of the musty smells in my damp closet. Removed excess moisture. Works great.

I bought these in the hopes that they’d be a more cost-effective approach than the name-brand (DR) I’m used to. (In the Pacific Northwest, dampness is a worthy opponent.) I was surprised at how much smaller they are than the brand ones. They’ll still work, of course, and probably end up being lower-cost even if I’m replacing them more frequently. (Who checks measurements of dehumidifier bags before buying?!)In the photo (poorly lit, sorry), you can see the DR one behind this one. Maybe 1/3 smaller?Still a keeper, but worth noting.(And I agree with other reviews - LOTS of packaging, which feels wasteful.)

I love this product! My room is in the basement so there’s lots of moisture in the air. I have one in my closet and one in the bathroom. They filled up pretty fast and my clothes no longer have stinky smell. My bathroom feels dryer after I put it in. They do not smell, but I feel like the air is cleaner because of the charcoal in them. There is a lot of packaging, which is a downside, but I’m glad they’re wrapped up since they collect a lot of water. there were so many for the price so I recommend this product.

These pull water out of the air insanely well, but… a warning the hangers attached to them can detach very easily and they can drop to the floor and explode dumping what is some kind of sticky water with what looks like crystals? I hope it’s not toxic because I have cats and it’s a huge mess in my closet. I was simply pulling a full ouch of the hanger rod and the pouch dropped out of the plastic hanger and hit the floor. Not pleased. Also another one I was removing spring a leak just by carrying it to the trash because if the sharp crystals that had formed in the lower bag. Not impressed with this so I may research better options.
